Maternity Leave/ Paternity Leave/ Adoption Leave is granted to provide time for parents to bond with their child and help the child feel comfortable in his or her new environment.
Financial assistance will be provided to support you in offsetting the expenses that would occur during an adoption process as per the Adoption Assistance Policy.
You will get Maternity Claim Benefit under our Group Health Insurance. Also you can add your baby from day one by submitting the discharge certificate or birth certificate. The window is open only for 30 days from day of birth. If you miss the 30 day deadline, you can add dependents during the annual enrollment period in May.
You can add your new child once he/she has turned 90 days as long as you do not exceed the three maximum dependent. Submit your dependent’s name, date of birth, gender, and relationship (child) to IConnectKRC Support, in order to have him/her added. the Window will be open for a period of 30 days for you. If you miss the 30-day deadline, you can add dependents during the annual enrollment period in May.
